Haqdaar is an independent, unofficial guide. We are not BISP, the Government of Pakistan or any provincial government. We never ask for your CNIC, phone number or any fee. Apply only on the official website or office linked on this page.

What Haqdaar is
Haqdaar (“the rightful claimant”) explains government schemes in plain Urdu and English: who qualifies, where to apply officially, which number to call, and how to avoid scams.
Haqdaar is a free DanixSoft service, made in Pakistan. It carries no ads, and we take no money from agents, “registration services” or loan brokers.
We do not take applications or decide eligibility, and we never ask for your CNIC, phone number or any fee.
How we check facts
- Every amount, date and rule shows its source and the date we checked it.
- We link only to official sources (official websites, notifications, official press releases). News reports are named but never linked.
- Anything we could not confirm from an official source is labelled “Unverified”.
- A page older than 30 days shows a “being re-checked” note; figures older than 45 days are hidden.
- Every correction is logged on the corrections page.

Our sources and how often we check
Our sources are official websites such as bisp.gov.pk, pid.gov.pk, pta.gov.pk, pmyp.gov.pk and the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government portals. The full list is on the sources page.
We re-check each page against its official source, aiming for every 30 days; a page that goes longer shows the warning described above. Last full check: .

What Haqdaar is not
Haqdaar is not BISP, the Government of Pakistan, any provincial government or anyone acting for them. We do not submit applications, tell you your eligibility or score, or release any payment. Only the official programme decides.
